To improve on security, we plan to adopt Two-Factor Authentication(2FA) on the Redcap application. This will require user to use second authorization after login. You can choose either Mail or Google Authenticator App.
At the login screen, enter your credentials and submit, a window will appear requesting 2FA
In case this is your first time using 2FA, select email and a code will be sent to your registered email address. After that, enter the code and then submit
Go to My Profile in top-right near log out action point. Click on set up Google Authenticator
Make sure you have downloaded the Google Authenticator app on Play/App Store.
Scan the QR code with you App
On the next login, select Google Authenticator and enter the code from the App to Redcap.

Why Use 2FA Authentication in Redcap
